Very helpful delivery

Good price, delivery just when I wanted it and that wasn't long from order. Also, (unlike some other merchants) the lorry had a forklift onboard to offload the 83 boards; and so was able to wheel the double pallets around two corners to the back of the house for storage and use. Wouldn't hesitate to order again from them, but I always seek more than one price. Now all installed above the rafters prior to re-roofing by my helpful builder, who liked the tongue and groove nature of the 80mm thick Steico Extra Dry.

A company l now trust

This was the 2nd time I ordered from Insulation Merchant. Again my order arrived in good time and was well packaged. On the 1st occasion l phoned to get an order update, and they informed me of an alternative product just in which was a little cheaper than what l had ordered. I was very pleased. This is quality customer service and a great selection of products on a well designed website. I'll be returning to them.

Excellent service and advice

Excellent service and advise, big shout-out for David Clark, Sales Director, who guided me on the best product for my project. Went with the Steico wood based product in the smallest width, unfortunately old Edwardian houses never have the floor joist at a standard or same width. This product makes a mess when cut but easily swept up and far better to handle than the itchy glass stuff.
