Novia VC2 AVCL (air and vapour control layer) is a technologically advanced and reinforced air-tight vapour check membrane with an sd value engineered specifically for use in insulated wall, roof and floor applications in timber-framed dwellings. A technologically advanced, flame resistant, reinforced and airtight vapour check membrane. The flame resistant additives mean that the membrane will not readily ignite or continue to burn in small fires, which adds an extra level of safety to building designs. To provide an airtight seal, it must be installed in conjunction with the Novia double sided butyl tape and metallised 'BOPP' overlap tape.
