Novia Methane Pro DPM A premium specification multi-layer laminate damp proof membrane (DPM) incorporating reinforcement and an aluminium foil core. Novia Methane Pro is approved for Methane gas applications and exceeds the requirements set out in British Standard BS8485 and can be used in radon gas applications or as a high-performance damp-proof membrane. Novia® Methane Pro carries full CE approval.

All Novia® Methane Pro membrane joints and perimeter edges must be correctly taped and sealed using the two-tape sealing system (50mm double-sided butyl tape and 60mm metallised 'BOPP' tape) to ensure a fully compliant gas-tight seal. The membrane is not suitable for applications where hydrostatic pressure is present i.e. building into a blockwork or brickwork wall.
