The GOAT sealant is a quick-drying reactive polymer that is waterproof within 1 minute of application. When dried it forms a flexible waterproof and airtight seal. It is simply applied with a mastic gun.
It Can be applied internally and externally. It can be applied to all service penetration going through the fabric of a building. It can also be applied to bathrooms and wet rooms, around the corners to prevent crack bridging (Prior to installation of Poseidon).
