Insulating Loft Spaces

The benefits of insulating a loft space are well known. Hot air in the home travels upward therefore trapping this heat before it is lost at the ceiling level, makes sense. Energy savings from an uninsulated loft to an insulated loft can be hundreds of pounds per year and the investment costs in this can be reclaimed back very fast when compared with other energy-saving upgrades. There are many loft insulation products to consider, one size/performance/type does not fit all.
